Voffect Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Voffect: Voice Changer FX" (also published as "Voffect") for Android and iOS (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Unlypt, the developer named on the App's Google Play and App Store listings ("Unlypt", "we", "us", or "our").

This page explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Audio Recordings and Your Files

The App uses the microphone only when you start a recording. Recordings, audio files you import, the effects you apply, and the custom effects you save are processed and stored on your device. Voice effects and AI background noise reduction run on your device. We do not upload your recordings or audio files to our servers, and we do not share them with third parties.

Files leave your device only when you choose to export or share them, for example to another app. You can delete recordings from within the App or by uninstalling the App.

Information Collected Automatically

The App uses the following third-party services, which may automatically collect information about your device and your use of the App:

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC): shows ads to users who have not purchased Voffect Pro. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. In regions where consent is required, the App asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform, and you can change your choice from the App's menu.   • Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): collects usage data such as which screens and features are used, app version, device model, OS version, and approximate location derived from the IP address, so that we can understand how the App is used and improve it. Firebase privacy information
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): collects crash reports and diagnostic information, such as the state of the App and device when a crash occurs, so that we can fix bugs.
  • RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., Android version only): manages Voffect Pro purchases and subscriptions. It receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase information such as the product, price, and transaction ID from the app store. RevenueCat privacy policy
  • Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: process payments for Voffect Pro. We never receive your payment card information.

The App does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or precise location.

How We Use Information

  • To provide the App's features and Voffect Pro
  • To show ads to users of the free version
  • To analyze how the App is used and improve it
  • To detect and fix crashes and other technical issues
  • To respond to your inquiries

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies. To request deletion of data associated with your use of the App, contact us using the form below.

Security

Data sent to the third-party services above is transmitted over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
